Tow Hill Road community is the Islands' newest emerging community, spreading out along Tow Hill Road for approximately 10km east of Masset. The Tow Hill area is on or along the northwestern boundary of Naikoon Provincial Park and recent developments on private lands within the Parks boundaries has increased the number of people moving to the area.
The main amenities along Tow Hill Road include a number of vacation guesthouses and rental cabins in forested, river or beach settings as well as an off-the-grid bakery famous for its fresh coffee and cinnamon buns.
Surfing is becoming increasingly popular on the beaches along Tow Hill Road during the winter season. The annual Surfing Expression Session is an increasingly popular event on North Beach in early November.
The eastern end of Tow Hill Road provides access tothe Agate Beach Provincial Campground and North Beach atractions.
