Located in Skidegate Keenawaii's Kitchen, owned and operated by Roberta Olson, caters to small groups at her home as well as to elaborate banquets on site.

Roberta specializes in a variety of traditional and local foods. The meals begins with traditional Sguu (dried seaweed), dried K'aaw (herring eggs on kelp), and Gilgii (dried salmon), artistically served on a scallop shell.

The main feast of in season wild food, could include deer roast with wild cranberry sauce, fresh halibut, peppered and smoked salmon, fresh spring salmon, octopus balls and locally harvested vegetables.

Keenawaii's Kitchen has catered to Bill Reid, a Swedish Ambassador, the Princess of Japan, David Suzuki as well as regular visits from hereditary chiefs and government officials and local dignitaries.
